How to Get BioMetric Verification Your Mobile SIM of Telenor, Mobilink, Zong, Ufone and WARID

As per latest policy of Government, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority has issued the mandatory instructions for subscribers of telecom companies like Telenor, Mobilink, Zong, Warid and Ufone that their connections SIMs should be verified through Biometric process for security reasons. All the companies requested to their customers by displaying advertisements that they come to Sales and Service, Franchise Center or Sahulat Ghar with your original CNIC to verifying their SIMs.

The process for Biometric verification of SIMs of Telenor, Zong, Ufone, Warid and Mobilink is as under:

1.Go to Nearest Telecome Operator Sales and Customer Services Center,, Franchise or Retailer with your Original CNIC.

2. Tell them the your Mobile No. (in use) owned by you, which you want to re-verified.

3. The Customer Services Representative then verify your provided mobile number issued against your Computerized National Identity Card issued by NADRA and will get your thumb impression of Biometric machine.

4.These your thumb impressions will be matched with NADRA record, after successful matching, your SIM will be re-verified by Biometric system.

PTA asked cellular subscribers that do the verify your SIMS until 26th Feb 2015, otherwise their SIMs will be blocked as per instructions.
